Our website is a binding quote from the time of payment only. Because of the nature of the business, prices, product information and availability are subject to change without notice and at the time of order. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice.
Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors
Although we do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at the time of shipment.
Images relating to the digital downloads on the web site are representative only. We provide no warranty or guarantee that the images in the items you purchase will be identical in colour of those in the images we provide.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations on Liability:
Our products come with guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if returned on the day purchased and any fault identified by us as being a product issue.
Given the nature of digital content, a refund or credit on a purchase is not granted unless a refund is required under Australian consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.
We will assess each refund request on its merit, considering the detailed preview that was available before purchase. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- you bought the item by mistake;
- you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item; or
- got what you asked for but simply changed your mind or decided you did not like the purchase upon delivery.
If we decide to issue a refund this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. So if the item was purchased using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse.
Things to remember ...
- Timeframe: Requesting a refund will be required within 24 hours of purchase
- Obligation: You have an obligation to be fair, reasonable and respectful in your communication when asking for a request for refund.
- How to request a refund. Request for a refund will require you to provide details of all correspondence we have provided to you in the purchase process. This is to be via the same contact details from both us and you. You will be required to clearly articulate what it is about the digital download you received that renders it not fit for purpose or that we have in some way not set out what is contained with the download.
Title to items being purchased passes from to you at the time of payment. As a customer you take on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. We shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo, or other acts or events nothing within reasonable control.
Internet connectivity requires access services from an Internet Service provider. Contact your local Service Provider for Internet connectivity and access.
All credit card transactions are automatically charged via our payment gateway/card processor Stripe at time of order.
We do not collect or store any identifiable card information during the purchase process on our online database or locally on any computer.
While no internet data exchange can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we use a secure eCommerce payment gateway. All Credit Card payments for products through our online ordering system are conducted through Stripe but use of this system is at the users own risk. Customers should read the gateway terms and conditions before purchasing our products.
